L. G. ANDERSON
A memorial service for L. G. Anderson, Loyal, Clark County, who
died at 10 p.m. Sunday, June 1, 1975, of an apparent heart attack,
was held at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church, Loyal, which
followed a 10 a.m. burial. The Rev. Eugene Carlson officiated.
Pallbearers were Russell Cook, Tom Loos, Fritz Rueth, Paul Bugar,
James Wangen, and Fred Cox Jr.
The Rinka Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
Miss Connie Smith sang the Lord's Prayer and the congregation sang
How Great Thou Art and Nearer My God To Thee. Mrs. Ruth Zepplin was
the organist.

Anderson, L. G. (11 FEB 1913 – 1 June 1975)

L. G. Anderson, 62, of Loyal died Sunday, June 1, after an apparent heart attack
at his home. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital in Marshfield.
Following burial rites at the Loyal Cemetery, Memorial services were held at the
Loyal United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Gene Carlson
officiated.
The congregation sang, “How Great Thou Art” and “Nearer My God to Thee,” with
Mrs. Byron Zepplin at the organ. Miss Coni Smith sang, “The Lord’s Prayer,” with
her own guitar accompaniment.
Pallbearers were Russell Cook, Tom Loos, Paul Bugar, Fred Cox III, James Wangen
and Fritz Rueth.
Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife and six daughters: Mrs. Terry (Colleen)
Heck of Greenwood, Mrs,
Tommy (Wendy) Phipps of Granton, Mrs. Terry (Lola) Lincoln of Superior, Miss
Christine Anderson of Sparta, Letha and Amy Jo at home. There are five
grandchildren and his step-father, Jack Payeton, at King.
