JAKE JEBUS

The sad news was received here of the death of Jake Jebus last Friday morning, Aug. 19, 1906. While on the platform in Minot, N.D., preparing to get on the train, there being such a crowd, he in some way fell ahead of the train. He remained conscious long enough for his brother, who lives about 80 miles from there, to reach him. The body arrived at Neillsville, Clark County and the funeral services were held Monday at the Catholic Church. Jake had many friends, as he was always kind and pleasant to all. He leaves a wife, father, mother, brothers and sister to mourn his loss, and they have the sympathy of all in their afflictions.
