Died, on Thursday, Feb. 14, 1907, at Loyal, Clark County, Nelson Waterbury, aged 83 years.

The deceased had been a resident of Loyal town for some thirty-five years and was well known among the old settlers of the county. His illness which was of short duration, resulted from a cold. Church at Loyal, about fifty Masons attending from surrounding places.

A wife, three sons, William and Eugene of South Dakota and Freeman of Wyoming, and two daughters, Mrs. Wallace Lyons of the Town of Loyal, and Mrs. James Van Camp of Park Falls, survive and all were present at the funeral. The deceased was an uncle by marriage of Mrs. Harry Mead of Greenwood.
