MRS. GEORGE MERRILL (1862 - 1882)

Mrs. George Merrill, daughter of G. W. Thayer, of Merrillan, and sister of J. H. Thayer, of this place (Neillsville, Clark County), died at her residence in Merrillan last Monday, Jan. 12, 1882, of consumption, aged 20 years. She leaves one child, a daughter aged four years. The funeral took place from the M.E. Church in that village yesterday at 1 p.m., the services having been conducted by Rev. J. E. Webster, of this place.
