Lawrence Jansen made a trip to Wautoma and other towns near there this week.
Miss Elsie Johnson spent Friday and Saturday with the Misses Marie and Ora Davis of the Solon Davis home.
Dale Lee and family were guests of his parents, Mrs. And Mrs. Fisk Lee, on Saturday.
Mrs. Harold Hiles, after a couple of weeks visit at the Carl Berg home, have now moved to the E.R. Wonser farm which he is to work this summer.
Mr. and Mrs. Ara Lee spent Sunday evening with Mrs. Amelia Davis.
Maude Smith is staying with Mrs. H.A. King at Granton that she may be nearer to school during the bad wather and roads.
Leo Chapel was a caller at Hugh Converse’s Tuesday.
No school Friday and Monday, owing to the teacher taking her turn at entertaining la grippe.
Mrs. T.F. Lee spent Tuesday with Mrs. Amelia Converse.
Richard Kurth and daughter Elsie and some Milwaukee friends who are visiting them spent one day last week with the Fred Handke family.
Lue Smith and Noble Downer marketed calves at Granton Monday and Fernando Johnson sold a load of hogs to the butcher there that same day.
Ernest Lee and family ate Sunday dinner with dad and mother, Mr. and Mrs. T.F. Lee.
Mrs. Amelia converse and Mrs. Lew Smith and daughter Winifred spent Tuesday afternoon with Mrs. C.C. Berg.
Mr. and Mrs. Gus Bergeman and sons spent Tuesday evening at Fred Handke’s.
