A number from this vicinity attended the lecture course at Granton last Thursday evening.
The W.W. Club was entertained at the M. Dorst home Thursday. On account of sickness in the homes of some of the members, the attendance was not as large as usual.
Orin Montgomery and family spent Sunday at Arthur Phipps’.
Frank Rogers moved his family from the E.R. Wonser farm to the Chas. Campbell farm on Tuesday.
Oscar Eberhardt went to Milwaukee to attend the funeral of a relative on Friday.
Mr. Dorst and son Raymond are having a tussle with la grippe since Sunday.
Harold Hiles moved onto the E.R. Wonser farm on Wednesday.
Miss Nel Dorst spent Saturday night and Sunday with south of Granton friends.
A.W. Phipps and daughter Edna spent Monday at Neillsville between trains.
Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Rowe and three youngest children spent Monday at his brother Ernest’s near York Center.
Miss Abbie Ide was very ill with la grippe Friday and Saturday.
Mrs. A.W. hales and Mr. and Mrs. M. Dorst and daughter Mabel spent Saturday afternoon with the Arthur Phipps family.
Our new cheese maker Mrs. Schroeder had a meeting of the patrons at the factory Saturday evening.
