NORTH SPENCER
Mrs. Harriet Clark of Unity was a guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Hayward Thursday night.
Miss Beulah Bombard spent Friday night at the home of Mrs. and Mrs. Arthur Phillips.
Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Corbett were business callers at Marshfield Thursday.
Mesdames Ed. Schwantes, Ernst Korth, Myron Foth, Dan Kobs and F. C. Corbett were guests at a card party held at the Spencer town hall Wednesday afternoon in honor of Mrs. Richard Koch who was director of the mattress project. Cards were played and a beautiful hassock was presented to Mrs. Koch.
Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Hayward were Marshfield visitors Saturday.
A number of ladies from this vicinity attended the Homemakers meeting at Wausau Friday.
Mrs. Gordon Phillips is on the sick list with the mumps.
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Phillips and daughters, Kathryn and LeVer were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. B. R. bombard Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Corbett were supper guests Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Bombard.
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Phillips and daughters, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Phillips, were guests Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Brett near Marshfield.
