Humbird (6 January 1966)

 

Mrs. Lee Terrell is slowly progressing since her fall in her home some time ago. She went to Madison for a checkup Tuesday.

 

Mrs. Roy Johnson drove to Loyal Thursday to bring their son, Terry back from the home of his grandparents, the George Zuehlke’s.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Perle Pickett were dinner guests Sunday at the Harley Randalls home in Shady Glen.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Glen Van Horn and Miss Irene Dunn of Alma Center were New Year’s Day dinner guests of the Rudy Aeschbacher home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Duxbury and Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Duxbury of rural Merrillan, and Mrs. Frank Ziegler and Miss Maybelle Davis of Black River Falls, were Christmas Day guests at the Leland Duxbury home.

 

Business callers in Eau Claire Thursday were Mrs. Rudy Aeschbacher, Mrs. Leland Duxbury, Mrs. Maude Newton and daughter, Mrs. Thane Joos, and Karen of Alma Center.  Mrs. Joos and Karen and mother also called at the Archie Nelson home.

 

Mrs. Rudy Aeschbacher entertained at a party, Wednesday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Nelson, Mrs. Kate Van Horn, Mr. and Mrs. Don Anderson, Jim Duerkop, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Duxbury, Mrs. George Moore, Bob and Ed, in honor of Charley Feyen’s 21st birthday.
