Brossard, Arthur (4 July 1884 - February 1966)
Arthur Brossard, 82, died suddenly at his home in Redding, Calif. A retired carpenter, he had lived in Redding for 33 years. He was born July 4, 1884, in Rockwell, Minn.
Mr. Brossard leaves his widow, Della of Redding; four sons, Howard of Los Angeles, William of Bakersfield, Blair of Arcadia, and Enid of Fort Bragg; two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Arnold of Corning, and Mrs. Joy Rink of Redding; a half-sister, Mrs. Buela Wells of Portage; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
From the Columbia correspondent, Mrs. Irma Sollberger, the following concerning the death of Mr. Brossard:
In a letter to William Sollberger, Frank Moravec of Anderson, Calif., writes of the recent death of his brother-in-law, Arthur Brossard.
Mr. Brossard was once a resident of Dewhurst. He was married to the former Della Moravec, a sister of Frank.
Mr. and Mrs. William Rieder now live on the lot once owned by the Moravec family opposite the home of John Putz.
