Palmer, Dan (? - 27 January 1966)
Another old neighbor, Dan Palmer, 69, died suddenly in Detroit, Mich., January 27. He was a brother-in-law of Mrs. William Ottow of Memorial Home and Mrs. Ollie Poler of Granton. Mrs. Palmer was formerly Ella Nickels from this community.
Mr. and Mrs. Palmer lived in this vicinity (Washburn) several years before moving to Price, then to Detroit, Mich., where he was employed until his retirement a year or two ago.
He leaves besides his wife, a daughter, May, who is an invalid and is hospitalized.
The relatives from here were unable to attend the funeral due to ill health and the severe cold weather.
