24 degrees below zero last Monday morning.

 

Will O’Brien had a stone hauling bee last Tuesday.

 

Ed Diercks informed us that he purchased 40 acres of land last Saturday from Mrs. Jessie Vandeberg.

 

Dan Timerson and family are nicely settled again in their farm home, having moved back from Marshfield last week.

 

Arthur Schaefer has quite school and is assisting his father with the farm work.

 

Anyway we could pack a snow ball once last Tuesday?

 

Ed Diercks took a laod of goods to Greenwood last Tuesday for his son Will, who is moving onto a farm near there.

 

Percy Northup made a trip to Christie last Thursday.

 

Mrs. M.L. Snyder went to Greenwood last Monday to see her daughter Mrs. Wellen Hartson and get acquainted with her little granddaughter.

 

John Kotchy, who has been sick, is able to be about again.

 

A.P. Fulwiler lost one of his cows last Saturday.

 

Mrs. Julia Vandeberg left for her new home over at Marshfield last Monday.

 

Mrs. Maggie Parrett spent part of last week with her sister, Mrs. John Krejci.
