Mrs. Una Miller and sons from Marshfield came out late last week to visit her mother, Mrs. Hetty Dow.
Russell Greene and bride from Illinois, mother and brother, arrived late last week to take possession of the farm her bought of Lon Blakely.
Mrs. John Davis went Thursday to Mrs. T.F. Lee and visited until Sunday with her and other friends.
Will Tuchscher still is very low at the Marshfield Hospital. Last Sunday he was worse and Monday another operation was performed in hopes to help his condition.
Mrs. Nettie Hungerford came home from Shawano where she has been visiting since Christmas.
Ken McInnis moved to Lynn last Friday and Saturday where he has work this summer.
Clarence Wilcox sawed wood Tuesday.
John Sweet had a bad spell again Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wilcox and children, Clark Wilcox, Irving Dow, Mr. and Mrs. John Davis and son Irving, were entertained to dinner at Fred Hill’s Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sweet and Mrs. Emma Oatman visited at Mr. Louis Sherman’s Sunday.
The program at the Woodman Hall Tuesday night was fine. The lady speaker, Rev. Troutman and singing, and Mrs. Marcus Hansen, the chalk talker, all were grand and inspiring. Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. a W.C.T.U. will be started if enough come to join.
