Hammond, Rose (18 OCT 1958)

 

Miss Rose Nancy Hammond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Hammond and Raymond Lee Dusso, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Dusso, were married Saturday morning at 9:30 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church by the Rev. Norbert King.

 

As the bride was given by her father, she wore a white ballerina length dress with small jacket. She carried a bouquet of red roses and pompoms. The church choir sang a nuptial High Mass and "Ave Maria."

 

Miss Evelyn Gall, West Allis, cousin of the bride was maid of honor. Rayetta Dusso, twin sister of the groom, Nancy Norwood, Beloit; and Kathy Gempeler, friends of the bride were bridesmaids. They wore gowns of blue, yellow, green and rose, ballerina length.

 

Jerome Hammond, brother of the bride was best man and groomsmen were Robert Dusso, brother of the groom, Ellsworth, S. D.; Robert Gall, cousin of the bride, West Allis and William Hammond, brother of the bride. Arlyn Dusso and Robert Domaine acted as ushers.

 

A dinner and supper was held at the church hall and a reception at Braun’s Bowling Alley. A dance was held in the evening at West Side Hall at Willard.

 

The groom is a graduate of Loyal High School and is now employed at Rellis Super Market. The bride attended Loyal High School and was employed at the Loyal Café. The couple will make their home in Loyal.
