The way people went to the auction at York Center last Friday wasn’t slow.
Ruth Pietenpol visited Neillsville between trains Friday.
Effie Davis spent Friday afternoon with Mrs. Will Foemmel.
Little Ella Foemmel, the three month old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Will Foemmel, was very ill the first of last week and under the doctor’s care.
W.B. Wentworth was visiting his son Rush last week.
Josephine Thayer and Eva Wegner made a weekend visit with Mrs. Cornwell.
Lou Hayden spent Sunday with his family at Merrillan.
Mrs. Al Nonhof entertained the wood sawyers at a twelve o’clock dinner last Thursday.
Mrs. Geo. Wilson spent Friday afternoon with Mrs. Nonhof.
Mr. and Mrs. C.M. Campbell of Neillsville were seen on our streets one day last week.
Bernard and Frederick Pietenpol spent Sunday afternoon at Mr. Eberhardt’s.
