Bruchert, Emma (80th Birthday - 1966)
Mrs. Emma Bruchert of Withee celebrated her 80th birthday Sunday February 8 with her seven children and their families present.
The dinner was served at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Bruchert for which 32 members were present.
A large heart-shaped birthday cake decorated in red and white centered the table. The afternoon was spent in visiting after which cake and ice cream were served.
Mrs. Bruchert received many gifts; also a large bouquet of flowers, a red rose corsage from her two great- grandchildren, Le Ann and Todd Bruchert, and a long distance call from Florida from Mr. and Mrs. Arne Dehne wishing her a Happy Birthday. Mrs. Bruchert has seven children, 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Among those attending were from Greenwood, Clintonville, Richfield, West Allis, Withee, Thorp, Wausau, Aniwa, Waukesha and Minneapolis.
