Hoffmann, Mary Sue (Marriage - 26 February 1966)

St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neillsville was the scene Saturday of a double ring ceremony uniting in marriage Miss Mary Sue Hoffmann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hoffmann of Neillsville, and Theodore J. Kopp son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Kopp of Rt. 3 Neillsville. The 4 p.m. nuptial ceremony was performed by the Rev. Norman Lindloff.

For her wedding the bride was attired in a lacy knit beige street length dress, trimmed in coping. It was fashioned with a double breasted top. A beige veil hat, gloves and shoes completed her bridal attire.  She carried a colonial-shaped bouquet of sweetheart roses, chrysanthemums and stephanotis, with pink streamers.

Miss Judith Campbell of Chicago, Ill., was maid-of-honor. She wore a pink street-length suit with ruffled sleeves.  Her colonial bouquet was made up of white spider chrysanthemums, with pink lace and ribbons.

Richard Hoffmann, brother of the bride, was bestman.

The bride has been employed as a domestic and Mr. Kopp is an employee of a local elevator. They are residing on West Division Street in Neillsville.

Relatives and friends from away attending the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hoffmann and family of Plainfield; Mr. and Mrs. Phil Thompson and Jeffrey of Rockford, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Campbell of Chicago, Ill.; and Miss Judy Campbell, also of Chicago.
