Gregory, Marzella (23 August 1905 - 23 February 1966)
Mrs. Clair Gregory, 60, died at her home in Milwaukee February 23, following a long illness.
Marzella Helbling was born in Merrillan August 23, 1905, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Helbling. She attended the Merrillan schools and was graduated with the class of 1923.
She married Clair Gregory on May 15, 1926, at Winona, Minn. She and her husband had resided in Milwaukee over 30 years.
Survivors are: her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Sue Ann) Kloss of Milwaukee; four sisters, Miss Evelyn Helbling of Merrillan, Mrs. Beth Peterson of Black River Falls, Mrs. Tom Nolan of Minneapolis and Mrs. Kenneth Kolbrack of Milwaukee; a brother, Rodney Helbling of Merrillan; and three grandchildren.
Services were held February 26 from the Merrillan Methodist Church. Burial was made in East Lawn Cemetery at Alma Center.
Pallbearers were: Donald Kloss, Kenneth Kolbrack, Kent Kolbrack, Thomas Nolan, Charles Persson, and Gibson Gile.
