Lozynski, Franciszka (26 MAR 1878 - 28 OCT 1960)

Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church, Thorp, on Mon. Oct. 31 for Franciszka Lozynski, 82, who passed away on Friday, Oct. 28, 1960 of old age infirmities.  Father Disher officiated at the 10:00 services and burial was in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery.

Mrs. Lozynski was born in East Prussia, Poland on March 26, 1878.  She was married Jan. 31, 1898 in Poland.  He passed away Sept. 18, 1952.  They came to America in March 1901.  They lived in Milwaukee until 1914, when they moved to a farm west of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.0 until 1930, when they moved to the city of Thorp.

Surviving are three sons, Sylvester of Milwaukee, Frank Edward, West Allis, Roman, Chicago, none grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were: Edward Lozynski, Leo Lozynski, Harry Sierchulski, Sammy Hoban, Thomas Lozynski, and Lawrence Lozynski.

Out of town relatives attending the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lozynski, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Mussa, Mrs. Alice Pawlak, Alice Tuschar, Genevieve Lozynski, all of West Allis, Mr. and Mrs. Roman Lozynski, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Jablonski, all of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Lozynski, Edward Szulgit, Leo Lozynski, all of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Sierchulski and sons, Mrs. Clara Keoske, of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Sammy Horban and RoJene, Morton Grove, Ill, Joe Bogdon, Stanley, Wis., and Mrs. Sophie Ruka, Stevens point, Wis.
