Mrs. John Vandeberg returned from Marshfield Tuesday and expects to return within 2 weeks to undergo a surgical operation.

 

Mrs. Martin Dankemyer of Chili is her visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Voight.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Horace Vandeberg spent last Thursday evening at Abbie Turner’s.

 

Will Rowe is on the sick list.

 

Abie Turner is busy at home remodeling the kitchen.

 

Forest Rowe was at Neillsville last Tuesday and brought home a load of coal.

 

Mrs. Sam Adams is very low and Mrs. Geo. Root is helping to care for her this week.

 

Dr. Ross was called Wednesday to see Mrs. Robert Thompson, who had been ill all winter, suffering with inflammatory rheumatism.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Horace Vandeberg, Mr. and Mrs. Abbie Turner, John Vandeberg and daughter, Ruth Z. Zickert, and Hank Grossneck were Neillsville visitors on Tuesday.

 

Last Friday the storm was so firce that only 20 men weathered it and attended caucus.

 

Mrs. Loren Hales went to Marshfield Tuesday to visit her mother Mrs. Jerry Davis, who is ill.

 

Guenther Eden walked to Granton Saturday and brought out mail for many along his road home.
