Busse, Eugene A. (8 SEP 1936 - 30 APR 2012)

Eugene A. Busse, age 75, of Abbotsford, died Monday, April 30, 2012 at his residence in Abbotsford.

Eugene was born September 8, 1936, to John and Hillie (Betrus) in the town of Holton.

He was a graduate of Dorchester High School and was employed for General Motors in Chicago until his retirement in 1990. After retirement, he moved back to Abbotsford.

Eugene enjoyed bowling. He was a member of the Abbotsford Lions Club, the treasurer and sexton of Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery. He was an active member of Christ Lutheran Church and its church choir.

He is survived by his brother, Arlan (Peggy) Busse, Florida; his sister, Shirley (last George) Zahrt, Ringle; and his brother John (Carol) Busse, Shawano.

Eugene is preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Christ Lutheran Church in Abbotsford at 1:00 PM. Rev. Dr. Gary Paul will officiate. A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the church in Abbotsford. Burial will follow the service at Abbotsford Public Cemetery.
