Kryzanski, Elizabeth (21 OCT 1871 - 12 JAN 1961) Miss
Elizabeth Kryzanski, 89, died Thursday morning at the Bethel Convalescent Home,
where she had been a patient since Jan. 6.
Funeral services were held Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Hill Funeral Home and at 9
a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Edward Hartung officiated and
burial was made in the parish cemetery. Miss
Kryzanski was born Oct. 21, 1871 in Poland. As a young girl she came to America
with her parents. They settled in Connellsville, Pa., and in 1900 came to Thorp
(Clark Co., Wis.). Since 1934 Miss Kryzanski had made her home with her
brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Reinholdt Lukstein, who went to
Greenwood this summer from Thorp and settled on the Charles Chefchik farm. Other
survivors are a sister, Mrs. Martin (Victoria) Nabraski, Connellsville, Pa., and
a brother, Joseph Kryzanski of Milwaukee. She
was preceded by six brothers and sisters.
