Kaczmarek, Albert (25 MAR 1876 - 15 JAN 1961)
Albert Kaczmarek, 84, passed away at the Stanley Memorial Hospital on Sunday,
Jan. 15, 1961. Mrs.
Kaczmarek, a retired farmer, was born March 25, 1876 in Sroda, Poland. In 1900
he married Magdalena Wysocki in Poland. When they came to America he worked in
Milwaukee for one year. They then moved to Lublin where he farmed for 45 years
after which time they retired and moved to Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.).
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 18 at the polish national Church,
Lublin. Father Martin Wachna officiated at the ten a.m. service. Burial was in
the parish cemetery.
Pallbearers were: John Ruda, Tony Lazar, John Wasylko, Adam Lisniewski, Charlie
Kawalkiewicz, and Frank Wasylko.
Surviving are is wife, Magdalena, four sons, Zigmund, Chicago, Stanley, Lublin,
Leon, Thorp, Teddy at home; two daughters, Pearl Kinas, Thorp, Helen Shewczyk,
Lublin, twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. One son, Frank,
preceded him in death.
