Miss Wilma Louis Behringer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Behringer of Rt. 1 Owen, became the bride of Hareld Lester Heck, son of Mrs. Vera Heck and the late Hareld Heck of Rt. 1 Greenwood in a nuptial ceremony performed Saturday by the Rev. LeRoy Urman in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Greenwood.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride approached the altar attired in a floor length white satin dress, fashioned with lace bodice. The skirt was styled with a front panel of lace with a small bow at the waistline. A white seed pearl crown held her fingertip-length veil. She carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations.

Miss Margie Hare of Minneapolis, Minn., was her maid of honor. Serving as bridesmaid was Paulette Steffen of Marshfield.  The attendants wore floor length formals of mint green embroidered satin. Mint green short veils were attached to french style crowns.

Lavern Heck was his brother’s best man. Benny Heck, a cousin, was groomsman. Ushers were Tracey and Harvey Heck.

The bride a 1965 graduate of Greenwood High School has been employed in Minneapolis, Minn.  The groom was graduated in 1963 from Neillsville High School, and is engaged in farming on Rt. 1 Greenwood.
