BRIGHTON CORNERS
Paul and Fred Sersch spent the fore part of last week at Dodgeville.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Oelrich, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cramer and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Cramer attended the funeral of a relative at Black Creek last week Wednesday.
Henry Rust tendered his resignation as teacher of the Brighton school last week to accept a position in the grades at the Rothschild school. Mrs. Art Sorenson succeeds him as teacher of the Brighton school.
Mrs. Wm. McNeight demonstrated comforter making at the home of Mrs. George Schwantes Wednesday afternoon. A large number of Brighton ladies were present.
Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Cramer, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Cramer and Lester Cramer attended a show at Marshfield Friday evening.
Miss Anita Korth of Stevens Point spent from Wednesday until Saturday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Korth.
Miss Angeline Cramer is back at school after entertaining the mumps.
