Wojner, Wendy Marie (Marriage - 17 June 1966)
St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Abbotsford was the setting for the wedding of Miss Wendy Marie Wojner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Wojner, Sr., of Abbotsford, and Paul Harry Kramas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul A. Kramas of Curtiss. The Rev. Raymond Schultz officiated at the double ring ceremony.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride selected for her wedding a white floor length gown styled with a scalloped Sabrina neckline studded with jewels and enhanced by a Chantilly lace Basque bodice. The full, bouffant skirt of nylon sheer was fashioned with a lace panel down the front, and wide lace, edging the hemline. The back fell into a sweep train. A queen’s crown held her full, bouffant veil of illusion veiling. Her bridal bouquet was made in a colonial style bouquet of white and pink roses, and stephanotis, with long satin ribbon streamers cascading from it.
Attending her were Miss JoAnn Kramas of Curtiss, maid of honor, and Miss Roberta Marie Pecora of Chicago, Ill., as bridesmaid. They were attired in mint-colored gowns of soft, sheer rayon georgette over acetate nylon lace. White and mint green carnations surrounding lilac carnations and accented by satin ribbons made up their bouquets.
Larry Jeske of Curtiss was bestman. Groomsman was Roger Wojner of Abbotsford. Ushers were Dave Kramas and Jerry Wojner.
Both are graduates of the Abbotsford High School, she in 1966 and Mr. Kramas in 1964. They are residing in Milwaukee, where Mr. Kramas is a sheet metal apprentice.
