Camp Fire, Colby Hall, May 12th. Come out and bring a rail for the Camp Fire, next Wednesday evening.

 

Frank Salter will place a picket fence in front of his lot west from his store.

 

J. E. Borden & Co., will receive a large invoice of dry goods next week.

 

N. P. Peterson is cleaning up the improving appearances around his shop.

 

Miss Rose Baker commenced teaching school in the Konter district last Monday.

 

Have you tried that 40 cent tea at J. e. Borden & Co.’s? Just try it, as it is the boss.

 

Plymouth Rock Eggs $1, light Brahmas $1.50 per setting of 13 at G. J. Walbridge’s.

 

Paul Sims commenced his term of school in the Jr. R. Horr district, town of Unity, last Monday.

 

A new No. 5 Victor Sewing machine can be purchased at this office for $22. Will take part pay in wood.

 

John Roth, of the town of Hull, will raise a barn 40 X 60 feet, 18 feet high, next Saturday. He invites all good lifters to attend the raising.

 

Jos. Wagner Jr., of Beaver Dam, says he will spend, prepaid, to any address, 20 small plants, assorted, for $1. A sample lot may bee seen at the residence of ye senior.

 

Margraf & Steinwand have been making some extensive improvement in and about their hotel, having put in a new cooler and spread considerable paint. Charley Bahl is doing the work and doing it nicely.
