Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hughes left Wednesday for Milwaukee after spending the holiday weekend at the Garald Hart home.
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth McCarr of Columbus, O., have been spending two weeks vacation at the Warlum cottage on Lake Arbutus, and visiting their cousin, Mrs. Elliot Warlum, and family. While at the cottage, the McCarrs had as their guests for a few days, his brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Adrian McCarr and daughter of Bethlehem, Pa.
Michael Warlum of Madison was a weekend guest of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elliot Warlum.
Miss Kathy Stelse of Lake Mills, a former teacher in St. John’s Lutheran parochial school here, spent the weekend at the Dale Meihak and Werner Jenni homes. Miss Stelse will teach next year in Plymouth, Mich.
Mr. and Mrs. Dan Brewer left Saturday on a vacation trip to Bristol, VA., where they will visit Mrs. Brewer’s father, sisters and brothers and their families.
Mrs. Amy Lewerenz left last week for Madison for a check up at the University Hospital, and to visit her son, the Rev. Arnold Lewerenz and family. From Madison she plans to go to Mt. Prospect, Ill., to visit her daughter, Mrs. Frank Mohr and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Willis Volz and two daughters spent the holiday weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Kuphal and family in Cambridge.
Mr. and Mrs. James Haas and family of Barron spent the holiday weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Haas, and with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Kessler.
Mr. and Mrs. Martin Haas of Mesa, Ariz., are visiting at the B. J. Haas home.
Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Prock and family of Bettendorf, Ia. are spending a two week vacation with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Prock and family, and visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Gall.
Mr. and Mrs. Gene O’Brien and family of Milwaukee spent the holiday weekend camping at Hatfield and visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Prock.
Mr. and Mrs. Leo Neville and family of Madison were Friday overnight guests of his mother, Mrs. William Neville, Sr. They spent the weekend fishing near Phillips.
Mr. and Mrs. Augustine Rangel and family of St. Paul, Minn., arrived Tuesday at the William Neville, Jr., home. Mr. Rangel returned to St. Paul, leaving Mrs. Rangel and children at the Neville home for an extended visit with her parents.
