Moffatt, Harry ‘Trapper’ (13 January 1894 – 4 August 1966)
 
Funeral services were held Monday from the Georgas Funeral Home for Harry (Trapper) Moffatt, 72, of Neillsville, who died last Thursday in Neillsville. The Rev. Oscar Nichols of the Methodist Church officiated. Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
 
Mr. Moffatt was born January 13, 1894, in Neillsville. He attended rural schools, and in 1917 entered service in World War I. Following his discharge he returned to Neillsville, where he was engaged in farm work and did occasional labor.
 
He is survived by two brothers, Vilas Moffatt of Shelton, Wash., and Percy Moffatt of Grand Forks, N. D.
 
Pallbearers were: Charles and Earl Marden, William Gehrt, Ernest and Harry Kissling and Elmer Buddenhagen.
 
Mrs. Harold Mayer, accompanied by Mrs. Jess W. Scott, sang “Rock of Ages” and “Jesus Savior Pilot Me.”
 
Mr. and Mrs. Vilas Moffatt of Sheldon, Wash., were here for the funeral.
