Sugar making is the order of the day.

Grace and Nora Albaugh called on Mrs. Fred Pizer Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Dubes, Mollie Stewart spent Sunday at John Patno’s.

Mrs. W.W. Smith, Mrs. Jap Spry called on Mrs. Fred Pizer Sunday afternoon.

Dulcie Smith, Nora and Grace and Every Albaugh, Norman Rowe spent Sunday with Mollie Kidd.

Mrs. John Patno spent Tuesday with Mrs. W.W. Smith.

The Spokeville aid met at Mrs. Flay Curtis’. Many were absent on account of the bad roads.

Neil Kidd is again at work with the Art Happe carpenter crew.

Mr. and Mrs. Ad. Albaugh are rejoicing over a pair of twins. But they happen to be baby calves.

We are glad to receive Mr. and Mrs. Henry Knoll in our midst again.

The various school teachers have returned to their schools after their Easter vacation.

Mrs. Fred Pizer and mother-in-law took Sunday dinner at Statton’s near Loyal.

Mrs. John Patno, Mrs. W.W. Smith and daughter Dulcie spent Saturday at Loyal Jordan’s.

Milton Boyde took dinner with his cousin Dale Spry Sunday.

Mollie Kidd stayed Saturday night with the Albaugh girls.

Nora Albaugh is assisting Mrs. John Patno Sr. with some sewing this week.

The wood sawyers have been busy in our neighborhood the past week.

John Devine has taken possession of his farm formerly occupied by W. Stewart.

Mr. George Drake from Maplehurst is visiting his Walter’s at present.
