Pleasant Ridge (8 September 1966)

Mr. and Mrs. Merton Holt of rural Granton have purchased the house on the former Harold Huckstead farm. They plan to move there after doing some remodeling. The Holt farm near Granton has been sold to the Short brothers.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Drescher and family have moved into the Covell house in Neillsville.

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Vine and family are planning to move into the tenant house on the William Vine farm, recently vacated by the Robert Drescher family.

Mr. and Mrs. Orville Klapper and two children of Menasha, and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Klapper of Cecil, spent the holiday weekend visiting area relatives.

Mis Shirley Magnuson of Minneapolis, Minn., was a weekend guest of her mother, Mrs. Ella Magnuson.

Mrs. Genevieve Hantke and daughter visited Saturday with Mrs. Nellie Yankee of Oshkosh, who was a patient in a Neenah hospital.
