Miss Anita Schoengarth returned to school
work at Eau Claire Monday after spending the Easter vacation at home.
Victor Anthony has rented the Carter farm and will move his family there in the
near future.
Mrs. Henry Winter is visiting at Herman Gluch’s this week.
Mr. and Mrs. Oswald Pischer, F.D. Riedel and Carl Loeffler were Granton
callers Monday.
Ed Anthony is here visiting his sister, Mrs. E.A.
Schroeder.
Mr. and Mrs. John Gluch spent Sunday with relatives in East
Grant.
Mr. and Mrs. Ben Dudei, Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Schroeder, Wm.
Schoengarth and daughter Gusta were Granton visitors on Tuesday.
Selma
Krause has been spending the last few weeks at her grandparents, Aug. Krause’s.
Harold Riedel of Cayuga came last week for an extended stay at his uncle’s,
F. J. Riedel’s.
We are sorry to learn that our mail carrier has resigned
because of ill health. North Grant appreciates Mr. Morris’ courteous and prompt
services and will miss him very much.
