Bielecki, Marian (6 May 1937 - 27 May 2012)

Marian Bielecki, age 75, of Cadott, formerly of Stanley, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012, at the Syverson Lutheran Home in Eau Claire. Marian was born May 6, 1937, in the Town of Reseburg, daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Borowski) Berzinski. She grew up in the Thorp area and attended area schools. On February 21, 1959, she was united in marriage to George Bielecki, with the couple residing in Stanley until 2004. Marian worked at numerous places: Thorp Dairy Bar, Long’s Supermarket, Fabritec in Eau Claire, Stanley IGA, & Stanwood for 25 years. She enjoyed spending time at their cabin at Rock Dam with their family, going to thrift sales and flea markets, and spoiling her dogs, Tiny and Tina.

Marian is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Bernard) Siverling of Cadott; grandchildren: Bernard “Benji” (Jenna Haroldson), Vanessa (Scott) Johnson, and Tiffany; sisters: Helen Janisewski and Sharon Wagner, both of Stanley; and brother, Robert (Doris) Berzinski of Stanley; plus numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, George, on May 14th of this year; by her son, George Jr., in 2005; and two brothers-in-law: Vernon Janisewski and Roger Wagner.

Services will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at the Plombon Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel Welch officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery, Stanley. Friends and family may call Friday evening from 4-8 p.m. at the Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley and one hour prior to service time on Saturday morning.
