Bertz, Deanna (23 JAN 1960)
St. Joseph’s Rectory at
Berlin, Wisconsin was the setting for the marriage of Miss Deanna Patrice Bertz,

and Mrs. Herbert Will, Van Dyne, Wis., on Saturday, January 23. Officiating
clergyman was Rev. Evarist Klescz.
For her wedding gown the bride chose a
floor-length Alfred Angelo creation with sequins & chantilly lace over net and
satin, long tapered sleeves and the fitted bodice featured mandarin collar. A
cathedral train graced the bouffant skirt. Her fingertip veil was decorated with
pearls and sequins and she carried pink roses.
For her attendants the
bride chose her sister, Miss Donna Bertz of Berlin, as maid og honor, and Mrs.
Jerome Ottoway, Berlin; Mrs. Norman Wagner, Oshkosh; and Mrs. Bernadette
Bloedow, Van Dyne as brides maids. Their floor length gowns were all styled
similarly of starched nylon sheer, with bow-effect cummerbund, fitted bodice of
chantilly lace with scalloped neckline. Each wore a pearl half-hat with veil.
Miss Bertz wore bluebird blue, and the bridesmaids wore orchid, mint green, and
maize, respectively. Each carried a cascade arrangement of carnations with
matching ribbons.
Clarence Will of Van Dyne was his brother’s best man
and groomsmen were Jerome Ottoway of Berlin, Norman Wagner of Oshkosh, and
Eugene Warmbler of Van Dyne.
A reception and supper were given at the
Club Oshkosh, in Oshkosh.
The bride’s mother chose a Navy blue lace dress
for the wedding and the groom’s mother wore brown. Each wore a white orchid.
The bride attended Loyal High School and is a graduate of the Berlin High
School. She has been employed at the offices of Oshkosh B’ Gosh, Inc., Oshkosh.
The groom is an employee in Milwaukee Cheese Co., Oshkosh. He attended the
