Edward Kobylinski, 47, proprietor of Wildwood Tavern, passed away
June 14, 1961 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, of liver ailment.
Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church on Saturday, June 17, 1961.
Father Edward Masalewicz officiated at the ten a.m. services and burial was in
St. Hedwig’s Cemetery. Pallbearers were his nephews: Henry Pabich, James Pabich,
Roman Marek, Dennis Marek, Sylvester Marek and Joseph Marek.
Mr.
Kobylinski was born April 16, 1914 in the town of Withee and had spent his
entire life in the Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) area. On June 15, 1936 he was married
to evelyn Pabich at St. Hedwig’s Church, Thorp.
Surviving are his wife
Evelyn, his mother, Mrs. Mark Depa, two sons, George, Greenwood, Stanley at
home, two daughters, (Dorothy) Mrs. Anthony Bolf, Greenwood, Louise, Chicago,
Ill., one brother, John, Detroit, Mich., and three grandchildren. His father
preceded him in death in 1950.
