Pleasant Ridge (15 OCT 1914)
Born to Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schultz Oct.
10th, a girl.
Mr. and Mrs. Julius Benedict of Neillsville and their son
Russell, and wife and two children of Fond du Lac all dined at H.O. Huckstead’s
Sunday.
C. Stawald of Loyal and Ed and Clara Jahr of Granton were at
church Sunday.
Arlo Huckstead, B. Carter, Fred and George Vine and their
families autoed to Crandon Saturday. They expect to return Tuesday. Dan Rausch
of Granton went with them.
Mrs. Emil Jahr came home last Thursday from
her visit in Illinois and Madison.
Mrs. Joe Brown is caring for Mrs.
Albert Schultz this week.
Wm. West, Jr., and wife spent Sunday at the old
home place.
Our mail man had some trouble getting around Monday and
Alfred Schnable took him through with his auto about five p.m.
Jim Hughes
and family spent Sunday at Joe Counsell’s.
Elsie Wateapool spent last
week with Letta Slocomb at Geo. Howard’s.
John Howard and wife called on
Geo. Swann and wife last week.
