Mrs. Harold Hollub Dies October 20th
Body Was Found
by Her Sister When They Returned from Spencer; Had Visited Here for Past Four
Weeks.
Mrs. Harold Hollub, nee Louise Voelker, of Waukegan, Ill., died
very suddenly at the home of her brotherinlaw and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Chas.
Groh, in the town of Sherman Tuesday morning, Oct. 20, at about 10 o’clock. Mrs.
Hollub had been suffering from a nervous breakdown and had spent the past four
weeks in this community visiting relatives and friends, and trying to regain her
health. Funeral services for the deceased will be held at the Swarthout Funeral
Home Friday afternoon, at 2 o’clock, but the place of burial was not known at
the time of going to press.
The deceased was born on August 17, 1913, the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Voelker of Spencer. She was married to Harold
Hollub and to this union two daughters were born, Erauan, 7 and Karen, 2. After
her marriage they made their home in Oshkosh, and a few years ago moved to
Waukegan, Ill., which was the home of the deceased at the time of her death.
Mrs. Hollub was well and favorably known in this community, and the entire
citizenship extend to the bereaved relatives the heartfelt sympathy of the
community.
Mrs. Hollub is survived by her husband and two daughters; her
parents Mr. and Mrs. Robert Voelker of Spencer; seven sisters, Mrs. Fred Korth
of Spencer; Mrs. Herman (Minnie) Andre of Spencer; Mrs. Art (Mildred) Pieper of
Oshkosh; Mrs. Wm Pieper of Clintonville; Mrs. Edward (Edna) Allison of Oshkosh;
Mrs. Lenhard (Evelyn) Lenz of Oshkosh and Mrs. Chas. (Leotha) Groh of Spencer.
