Last Friday was clean up day at the Methodist church and a number of ladies and men gathered to improve the appearance of the space about the church. Quite a nice sum of money had been contributed to a fund to beautify the land about the church. Shrubs and plants had been secured from the Spencer nursery which were set out, and with proper care should improve the looks of the property very much.
