Miss Audrey
Hendricks, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hendricks, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.),
became the bride of Ronald Hinker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Hinker,
Greenwood, at St. Hedwig’s Chapel, Thorp. Father Ed Masalewicz performed the
9:15 a.m. ceremony on Saturday, July 22, 1961 and the girls’ choir of St.
Hedwig’s sang.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white
waltz length taffeta gown with chiffon netting and a pearled crown. Her corsage
consisted of red roses.
Marlene Loos, Loyal, a friend of the couple, was
maid of honor, wearing a mint green waltz length gown with chiffon netting and
matching headpiece. Her corsage was of yellow carnations.
Jerome Hinker
was his brother’s best man.
A dinner and reception for 60 guests was held
at Wink Inn.
The bride, a graduate of Thorp High School, is a beautician
at Mary Lou’s Beauty Shop. The groom attended Greenwood High School and is
employed as a lineman for General Telephone Co. The new Mr. and Mrs. Ronald
Hinker will make their home in Wausau.
