Benecke, Rev. Fred C. (? - September 1966)
Funeral services were
held September 24 from the Zion Lutheran Church in Granton for its pastor, the
Rev. F. C. Benecke. Officiating were the Rev. M. F. Sengelo of Pulcifer, and
Rev. E. T. Keller of Pittsville.
The body was taken to Milwaukee for
burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Conducting committal rites were Dr. Omar W.
Stuenkel president of Concordia Junior College in Milwaukee.
Honorary
pallbearers were pastors of the North Wisconsin District (balance was missing).
