Dan and Emma Brooks
were Marshfield visitors Tuesday.
Miss Lolo Snow returned to St. Barnabas
Hospital where she is training for a nurse, after a three week vacation.
Mrs. Lillie Phillips returned home Saturday from Gurney, Wis., where she has
been visiting and getting acquainted with her new grandson.
Sunday school
started in Chili last Sunday. Everybody is invited to come, old and young.
Waite Wilcox and wife left last Saturday for a short visit at Marengo, Ill.
Carl Hill came home from Cadott last Saturday, where he has been making
maple syrup.
Otto Rupno had the misfortune Monday to have a horse die.
Frank Davis of Granton was out this way last Saturday.
Nellie
Hungerford was home from Colby, where she is principal of high school, over
Sunday.
Monday Herbert McNaul carried mail. Chas. Lindow and family left
Saturday for Humbird and Eau Claire for a visit. Chas. returned Monday, but his
wife stayed for a longer visit.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jurgenson, Mildred,
Ruth and Goerge visited at J. Davis’ Sunday.
E.A. Webster had a pension
granted him at $25 a month. All should have pension at this late day.
Luceal Down went back to Marshfield Monday.
The W.C.T.U. meets the last
Wednesday of the month.
