Teatz, Adeline (7 July 1914 - 2
November 1966)
Services were held Saturday afternoon from the York Center
Methodist Church for Mrs. Royal Teatz, 52, of Rt. 1 Granton, who died November 2
in Neillsville. Rev. Lelan Shaw and Rev. Ellen Shaw officiated. Burial was made
in the York Center Cemetery. The funeral arrangements were made by the
Gilbertson Funeral Home of Granton.
Mrs. Teatz, the former Adeline
Fencil, was born July 7, 1914, in Hatfield, where she also received her
education. On December 4, 1934, she was married to Royal Teatz in Chicago, Ill.
They resided in Chicago for two years, and since then have resided on the Teatz
farm in the town of York.
Mrs. Teatz is survived by her husband; twin
sons, James and Robert, at home; and a sister, Mrs. Richard Bopp of Alma Center.
Pallbearers were: Elroy Dahlke, Frank Walters, Donald Sladek, Steve Lapori,
Rollie Benedict and James Schecklman.
