Morris. L.G. (Farewell Party - 2 MAY 1917)
The
villagers and such of the patrons of R.F.D. No. 3, as could conveniently drive
in Wednesday evening, met at the opera house that night and gave L.G. Morris and
family a big surprise party. Visiting, games and a war time lunch furnished much
of the evening’s entertainment, and everybody had a good time.
