Mrs. Clara Gangness of Seattle, Wash. spent a week here visiting at the Oscar and Arthur Heian home and visiting her brother, George Heian, who is very ill at Victory Hospital.

A pink and blue shower for the twins of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Wohld was held at the Winston Wohld home on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kurtz and daughter Jean, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Kurtz, Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Mills and Mrs. A. Nitz were out of town guests.

Mrs. Alvin Nitz of Chippewa Falls spent Saturday at the W. Wohld home.

A miscellaneous shower was held at the Thorvold Erickson home Thursday in honor of Mr. and Mrs. James Erickson, who were married Nov. 11th.

Mrs. Olga Corwin entertained the Christmas party for the County Line Women’s Club on Tuesday. Gifts were exchanged and secret pals revealed. A delicious lunch was served by the hostess.
