Wenzel Sipple, who has been working at Green Bay since his cheese factory burned down last August, has returned here Saturday evening and held a meeting for the purpose of finding out if he could get any milk if he would build and as most all the farmers were willing to patronize hi, he contemplates building at once.

Truman Davis took in the sights at Neillsville Sunday evening.

Al Schuler disposed of his team of work horses to a party near Romadka last week.

Fred Schoengarth is trouble with Eczema this spring and is unable to do much.

Clarence Reindel is working for his grandpa Wm. Schoengarth this spring.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Reindel visited at the Geo. Reindel home Monday evening.

Everybody is nearly done seeding, but a very cold spring for grass.

Mr. Al Cronin, who purchased the Anton and Peter Schaefer place in York, started for Neillsville Tuesday afternoon and when arriving at the old Wm. Radke place, an auto met him and his horse took fright and started for the fence and in doing so upset the wagon and threw Mr. Cronin out and the wagon passed over him and the team jumped the fence, horse on one side and the wagon on the other. Mr. Cronin suffered three broken ribs and his arm is splintered from elbow to shoulder, which will lay him up for a couple of months at least. His father has been called from Sauk City, Sauk County.

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Potter autoed to Neillsville Wednesday on business.

Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Frei Sr. were called to the town of Levis Monday. A boy of Fred Eggleman fell from a hay loft to the basement of the barn, breaking his neck. The distance was about 30 feet. He died within a few minutes after the accident.

Will O’Brien purchased a horse Wednesday from Neillsville parties.

D.R. Rhines purchased a horse of Neillsville parties.

Mrs. Will O’Brien, who was taken ill a few days ago, was taken to the Marshfield Hospital last Friday and underwent an operation on Monday.

D.H. Rhines sold some fine early seed potatoes to Granton parties last Wednesday.
