Miller, Henry (6 May 1896 -11
February 1967)
Henry Miller was born May 6, 1896, in Indianapolis, Ind.
The family moved to Payna, Ill., where he completed his education. During early
manhood he was engaged in construction business in New Orleans, La. After that
he was employed by the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad. It was during these
years that he met the late William Kuberra of Humbird and made his home with
them for many years.
Following his retirement two years ago, he had lived
alone in the village of Humbird, where he died February 11. There are no
immediate survivors.
Funeral services were held last Thursday from the
Jensen Funeral Home at Hixton. The Rev. Calvin Carey officiated.
Pallbearers were: Leo Janke, Pete Shirley, Earl Zimmerman, Alvin Garber, Ed
Shramek and John Bryner.
