Miss Dorothy Ann Ackerman, Neillsville became the bride of Marvin E.
Anderegg, Loyal, Saturday at St. John’s Lutheran Church at Neillsville. The Rev.
Norman Lindloss officiated at the ceremony. Parents of the couple are Mr. and
Mrs. Arthur Ackerman, Neillsville and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Anderegg, Loyal.
As the bride was given in marriage by her father she wore a white floor
length gown of chiffon with lace tiers offsetting the front and back. The bodice
was styled of lace with long sleeves and a scalloped neckline. Her fingertip
veil was edged with lace and she carried a bouquet of rose buds.
Mrs.
Gary Kuechenmeister, Neillsville, sister of the groom was matron of honor. Miss
Patricia Krasselt, Spencer, cousin of the groom and Miss Mary Hansen of
Milwaukee were bridesmaids. They wore ballerina length dresses of nylon organza
with bodices of lace. Mrs. Kuechenmeister’s gown was orchid and the bridesmaids
were green and all carried fans of rosebuds.

Neillsville, brother-in-law of the groom was best man and groomsmen were Glen
Mills, Loyal and James Krasselt, cousin of the groom of Spencer. James Mills and
James Bartsch were ushers.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Schroeder, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Schlinsog, Jr., Mr. and Mrs.
Donald Cole, Mrs. Tina Cole, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Strey, Mrs. Ida Gamble, Mr. and
Mrs. Otto Holnbach, Mr. an Mrs. Warren Mechelke, Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Wehe, Mr.
and Mrs. Delmar Bartsch and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jake Anderegg and Mr. and Mrs.
Edwin Anderegg.
Wedding day events included a reception at the home of
the bride’s parents, a dinner at St. John’s dining hall and a dance at the
Silver Dome Ballroom.
The former Miss Ackerman was graduated from
Neillsville High School and State Teachers College. She has taught four years at
the New London Lutheran School. Mr. Anderegg is in partnership with his father.
After a wedding trip to Yellowstone Park and the Black Hills the couple will
live on route 2, Loyal.
