Horn, Amanda Fay (Marriage - 18 March 1967)
Blessed Sacrament Catholic
Church in La Crosse was the setting for the 11 a.m. nuptial mass Saturday
uniting in marriage Miss Amanda Fay Horn of Rt. 1, Greenwood, and Richard Louis
Marco of La Crosse. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Dale Horn of Rt. 1,
Greenwood, and Mr. and Mrs. William Marco, Sr., of La Crosse. The double ring
ceremony was performed by the Rev. Fr. Keegan.
For her wedding the bride
wore a yellow tailored suit accented by a yellow hat and beige accessories.
White roses and yellow carnations formed the bridal bouquet.
Barbara
Hoffmeier was her maid of honor. She was attired in a brown and gold suit with
brown accessories.
William Marco, Jr., was bestman.
A reception
was held at the home of the groom.
Mrs. Marco is a 1964 graduate of
Greenwood High School, and a 1966 graduate of the Richland Center Teachers
College. She is currently a member of Neillsville Public School faculty.
Mr. Marco, a graduate of Aquinas High School in La Crosse is employed by
Norplex.
Guests from out of town attending were: Mr. and Mrs. Dale Horn
and family of Greenwood; Mr. and Mrs. William Marco, Jr., of Lansing, Mich.; Mr.
and Mrs. William C. Clark of Tomah; and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Brown of Rochester,
Minn.
