marriage Miss Virginia Erna Garbisch daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Garbisch of
Rt. 1, Granton, and David John Olson of Bloomer. The 2 p.m. ceremony was
performed in Zion Lutheran Church in Granton.
For her wedding the bride

three-quarter length sleeves were edged with Venice lace. The Empire waistline
flowed into an A-line skirt. A fingertip veil was attached to a pearl head
piece. She carried an arm cluster, of white calla lilies.
Her attendants,
Miss Eileen Garbisch of Granton, maid of honor, and Miss Cheryl Harvey of
Neillsville, bridesmaid, were seen in floor length sheaths of light blue chiffon
over taffeta. Their gowns were enhanced with raised waistlines, elbow length
sleeves and bateau necklines. There were lace inserts throughout the bodices.
Small veils billowed from bow headpieces. Each carried a Madonna lily.
Patty Olson of Minneapolis, Minn., as flower girl, wore a floor length gown of
white crepe styled like that of the bride. She also carried a Madonna lily.
Marvin Olson of Markesan was bestman. Groomsman was Donald Olson of
Minneapolis, Minn. Ushers were Duane Olson of Stevens Point and Milton Garbisch
of Madison.
A reception for approximately 150 guests was held in Zion
