Pete Gardener and family have
moved into the house he bought of Dr. Schwarz. Pete will work for W.S. Davis
this winter.
George Isham is back from a business trip to Chadion, Neb.
H. Schoengarth spent Saturday evening with his father in Neillsville.
Charles and Gus. Roehm of Spencer spent several days the past week here
looking after their business interests.
Frank Mohn of Stanley came
Tuesday to finish the work for the Barron Woolen Mills Co. in the northern part
of the county. Mr. Wage, who has been in poor health for some time, was unable
to do the work.
Mrs. H.E. Williams spent Sunday at Neillsville with her
mother.
The Tomahawk Veneer and Box Co. has rented the old pickle
warehouse and will use it to store the cheese boxes that are to be delivered to
the factories of this vicinity.
Rice Davis has purchased a Krit roadster.
