Lowery, William W. (13 July 1889 - 14 April 1967)

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Gilbertson Funeral Home in Granton for William W. Lowery, 77, of Rt. 2, Granton, who died Friday in Neillsville. Layman Henry Elmhorst of Neillsville was in charge of the service. Burial was made in Windfall Cemetery.

Mr. Lowery was born July 13, 1889, in Sylvan, Richland County. On November 8, 1914, he was married to Nellie Gobin, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Lowery is survived by three sons, Charles of Centralia, Wash., Marvin of Altoona and Glenn of Milwaukee; and by a daughter, Mrs. Felix (Lola) Krause of Loyal; and by 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were: Bernard Pietenpol, William Kammerer, Melvin Garbisch, Rollie Benedict, Free McHone and Alfred Spaete.
